1. When cancellation is possible
The window is measured from purchase:
Standard window: cancel within 24 hours of purchase and the refund is full.
Processing limit: after 24 hours cancellation may not be possible if the order has been processed or shipped.
2. How the request is raised
Two steps on our side:
Contact: the customer reaches our customer service team immediately with the Order Number.
Verification: support checks the status of that order and confirms whether it is still eligible.
3. How the refund runs
Once approved, the refund is processed:
Method: it goes back to the original payment method.
Timeline: allow 7–14 business days for it to be processed and to show in the account.
