1. Where we ship
Two service areas are live:
Peninsular Malaysia: every state is on the delivery list.
East Malaysia: Sabah & Sarawak are on it too.
2. What happens before dispatch
Two steps run before the parcel leaves us:
Processing: we prepare each order within 1–3 business days, counting working days only, so weekends and public holidays sit outside it.
Notification: on dispatch we send the customer a confirmation email with the tracking information attached to that order.
3. How long transit runs
Transit follows the destination. We do not run an overnight or next-day service, so plan against the table.
Those times are estimates. Courier operations, seasonal holidays and extreme weather can push any of them out.
4. What we charge
Two lines cover it:
Free shipping: the standard shipping fee is waived on the customer’s order.
Exception: bulk or specialised promotional orders may be charged at checkout on total weight and destination, where applicable.
5. How tracking is issued
Tracking is pushed, not pulled:
Reference: once the courier partner takes the parcel we send a tracking number and a direct link by email or SMS.
Monitoring: that link reports the parcel’s progress in real time.
